My Story

My letter of transformation began with a letter to my dad, forgiving him for what he did. Two hours later, he left this earth. It was during this trying time that I released and healed over 20 years of stored-up emotional baggage. I was able to clear the slate with my Dad and to ensure that all of my relationships moving forward would receive the best ME that I could offer.

What is Letters Of Transformation? 

A simple writing process to assist you in integrating your healings in a more permanent way so that they can be remembered, reviewed and shared for deeper understanding.  

A visceral writing experience that compliments other healing modalities. It deepens what you’ve already received. 

It’s simple, it’s complete, and its effects are immediate. 

 

What You’ll Discover

For some, it only takes one 1 writing to receive the; “Ah-ha!” moment, and for others it might take several writing sessions. This all depends on what you’re willing to allow and open yourself to. 

Writing is a form of meditation all in itself, as it requires you to get out of your head and into your heart. It entails an act of surrender of the mind and to invite yourself into something much deeper, much closer to your True Self. 

The mind is conditioned to believe things that aren’t always true until the light of awareness is shined on them. Letters of Transformation shines that light and then helps you to heal it thoroughly enough so that it sticks. It’s an integration process that can guide you to stop going back into those unconscious patterns. Those patterns are for the old self that no longer serves you. 

You’ll be discovering your True Self that has been dormant throughout all the years of dysfunctional conditioning from your past. The True Self that is of Peace, Joy, Freedom and Abundance! 

How Does It Work?

Letters of Transformation helps structure a clear vision of where you’re going in those 5 steps, which then assists you in writing a simple letter using the structured outline of those 5 steps. 

It’s a Self-Guided journaling process that teaches you to use any journal, anytime, and to eventually use one on the fly for quick, immediate healings of yourself and others.  

No matter where you are, there YOU are! So, meet yourself right where you are. 

I may not know what specific traumas or triggers you need to overcome, but you do! And my job is to listen and help you become aware of one block at a time as you write or speak, guiding you deeper into peace…right now! What we do together, is to shift your attention from your external world, to your internal world. Moving from one world to another, you control your reality by eventually shutting off the external world. 

Letters of Transformation is a tool to bring clarity to your healing. It brings a deeper understanding of what the situation is, how it feels, what it sounds like, and what it looks like to heal from it. It also provides a powerful platform to remember the lessons you’ve learned and the growth that you’ve attained in your New You!

The Five steps

To Inner Peace

Willingness

To begin the transformation, we start by exploring your willingness. What are you willing to step into today? What new version of yourself are you willing to become? What wounds are you willing to heal? What parts of yourself are you willing to change and transmute in order to start your healing journey?

Awareness

The next step is to bring awareness to your struggles. What are you having trouble with? What is burdening your mind? By shining a light in these dark places without judgement, we can understand why we are in this pattern, and what we can do to change it.

Responsibility

As we move into the responsibility phase, we will explore and ask the question of what role are you playing in this struggle? Is it a dance between your heart and your mind? Your ego and your self? You and another person in your life?

Once you are aware, understanding, and taking responsibility for your actions, we’ll move to the next phase, which is forgiveness.

Forgiveness

The only way through the labyrinth of our mind is to forgive ourselves. Once we’ve shed light on our issues and taken responsibility for the roles that we play in the creation of our reality, we move into letting go and releasing all parties involved in the creation of your current reality.

Gratitude

Our final step in this process is to say Thank You Universe for the lessons You have taught me, and to ask the question: What lessons did you receive  from this experience?
